Hi,

I currently use Authorize.Net and Paypal for payment methods on my ecommerce site. I'm thinking of adding Google Checkout but just a couple questions I'm hoping someone could help me out with.

1. With my current payment methods I authorize the order when it is submitted and then settle/capture it once the order ships. I read online that Google Checkout only holds an authorization for 7 days compared to Authorize.Net/Paypal which I think is 30 days.

My question is if I try to settle/capture a Google Checkout authorization after 7 days will it get denied? Would I have to re-submit the authorization and settle/capture again?

2. Which payment method is more popular with customers; PayPal or Google Checkout?

I read online that Google Checkout can help with sales conversions up to 40%, but I always thought PayPal was much more widely used so I'm debating if it's worth adding Google Checkout?
