Look at your account - it should tell you the services you signed up for. Look at how much you are paying - if one fee is $59.95, you probably have Payflow Pro.

It sounds like though you need a developer to help you set this up. If you have an SSL on your site, you can process the transactions immediately and then you won't need to contact the customer if the transaction fails.
