The requirement is that I should show two different urls compulsorily.

Exactly what do you mean by this? Where must the two different urls be "shown"?

How is traffic going to be driven to the "campaign" url? If not by organic SERPs -- which would be difficult for two urls with same content to be indexed -- can you simply disallow it in robots.txt or slap a noindex on it?
