The typical demographics on Facebook are very close to those of my customers. I haven't opened a Facebook account for 2 reasons:

1. I couldn't think of a way to use it effectively.
2. I'm afraid of disgruntled customers posting nasty comments.

I think I may have solved #1. I could send an automatic announcement of new products. I'm thinking just a basic title, photo, and link for each new item added. There can be a lot of additions at once though. Sometimes there aren't additions for months, and then there are 40 additions in a day. Would that work well with Facebook and Twitter?

I'm still worried about #2. Can I remove negative comments from my Facebook page? Is there a facility for negative comments in Twitter?
