No I have something else (with worldpay). In May, a customer ordered something, paid with cc and canceled the order the same day or day later. I refunded the order the same day. Now, the customer disputes the cc charge because he alleges not to have placed the order. And say what, they do a chargeback despite the transaction has already been refunded! Basically they say "Yeah, the transaction has already been refunded, but the bank wants a chargeback". So, what shall one do in the future? Never refund anything?
I learned that fighting chargebacks is somewhat fruitless. OK, there's not much to do if the customer alleges not to have placed the order.
