Hi. I ship to canada usually using UPS and I ma fine with that as long as my customers are aware and pay all fees, taxes etc. Now recently I shipped something to Canada, but forgot to put some items in the box. I will have to ship just those few small items, since my customer realized they were missing. I don't want him to pay again customs. How can I ship it without him or me paying customs and other fees. Can I ship it as a gift? Did anyone have this kind of situation? Value of those items is under 10 USD. Thanks in advance.
