One thing that is essential in your programming is some sort of error capture that notifies you immediately if there is a problem. I have several - if it connects to Linkpoint and L.P. returns an error, or there is no response or a timeout, this is logged and I'm immediately auto-emailed of the problem. Sorry to say, I've only seen two of these in two years, so not sure what's going on with you. We have a secure cert and are processing transactions via silent post - maybe you're using the processing on the Linkpoint site?
okiebug, I noticed this when you first posted it and immediately processed a test. We also have been receiving orders all month without a problem, so I'm not sure what's going on with you but other than the scheduled maintenance downtimes, we've been good here.
