When comparing prices (in terms of setup and on going fees) for the various solutions, don't count out the obvious- just have all payments go through one office, which disburses individual payments to the other offices.

Depending on the amounts to be deposited and the frequency, in the end it may be cheaper than trying to maintain multiple solutions.
