This doesn't change anything, it just means that PSKS is out of luck. Future price restraints would still be subject to the same scrutiny they always have been.
Maybe I am reading the decision incorrectly, but to me, it seems that "vertical price restraints" were always legal provided they did not violate section 1 of the Sherman Act. Whether or not they were in violation was to be decided by the "rule of reason".
