I was going to start a new thread with the same question, but since this is already here....

Are there any solutions (besides going through all the hoopla of getting a merchant account and being PCI compliant, storing customer details, etc.) for billing subscriptions with variable charges each month? Let's say a fixed subscription fee plus a variable amount each month?
