Can you cite a NYSE firm that displays the BBB seal on their website? Wal-mart? K-Mart? Sears?
Absolutely. BBB is important--even vital--if you're a sleazy roofing company... in business "Since Last November." Otherwise it's not worth the money. To me when shopping online it denotes a small time operation.
