Woa,
Everybody back off for a second- and yet, thanks for putting me in check at the same time.

A few weeks ago I started reading up on how to communicate effectively. I guess it's time to go back and pick up where I left off. There's a reason I started the reading in the first place- I need it very badly.

I now realize that this isn't my bag. I'm only here because my job as a "Sign maker" (sawing, painting, lettering, LABOR) developed into this, and my wage has not changed one bit. My goal is not to bust my Arse to make somebody else rich.
