In the 06/29/00 edition of The Wall Street Journal, there was an article about financial penalties being levied if online transactions are not logged as internet. As I said, I'm not that familiar with cc transactions, so I had some difficulty determining exactly who was going to be stuck with this fine. I've looked for a similar article on the web today, but cannot find it. Anyone know more about this?
