I am looking for a cart that allow the user a check boxes to enhance the product.

Example:

Product: 1957 Chevy.
Add these type of options.
Check Box for: Fuzzy Dice
Check Box for: Racoons Tail
Check Box for: Fold Down Front Seats

Radio Button for:
Paint Upgrade: Yes - No

Pull Down menu's don't work well for this application.
I really need checkboxes and radio buttons.

Anyone found or used a Cart Service providing these options?
