Having filled in values in a form then form mailed them, when I return to the page, the form values have all gone but I need them to now create a form for printing, using those values. When I run the pages on my local machine and return to the page after form mail, the form values are all there but on the web the browser acts differently. To return from the response page, I just use the "back" button.
