It has syntax highlighting for HTML, CSS, PHP, ASP, Perl, C/C++, Java, JavaScript and VBScript. Includes built in preview panel. And even spell checker. I've used several editors in my life and find this one to be the best for my needs.
I use EditPlus 2.11.
