Please do not overlook the fact that many browse with javascript 'turned-off.'

You don't have to send them to a different page entirely, just call up a different file.css. If js is disabled then they see the site in its normal (optomised for 600X800) format. If they have to squint then that is the price they must pay for their choice.;)
