It sounds like it's a matter of displaying a brochure almost exactly like it looks on paper. If that's the case, offering a link for another screen size shouldn't be a big deal. Doing a large site like this would be a big deal, but not a single brochure. To be safe, you could disallow google from the duplicated content.

Yet another option would be to open the brochure in a new window with no toolbars.
