Well anyway, I've been experimenting with Pagemill a little to try and bring some uniformity to the crossbars. Check this out (yes folks, it's framesets!):

Even though it's framesets I've seen more consistency across a few of the latest browsers than what I had before. I haven't plugged in any significant content, but when i do I plan NOT to use tables.
