I am trying to build a website in html5 and css3 linked to a my sql database and the pages are saved as .php

Now Are all these compatible or am i jumping ahead of time

becasuse i am in the process of writing my admin area for my site
and when i view it the html5 does not seem to work
although i am using dreamweaver strictly in code view and when i check the pages i have written in live view

the html5 is still working!




Does html5 not work in localhost and is there a quick fix for this so i can happily continue with my site
