Short answer: No. The font information is in the HTML, not in the text itself. So you will need to develop the habit of snooping ;)

If you are lucky, the styles will be on the same page, nicely collected in the header. If you are less lucky, there will be an outside stylesheet whose address you will have to enter manually. If you are unlucky, there will be a CMS that generates eighteen different stylesheets and you will have to pore over them separately. And if you are unluckiest of all, some of it will be hiding in javascript or worse.

Most of this can be achieved by using your browser's "Save as Complete HTML" (exact name varies). Then paw through the folder of associated files to see what you've got.
