I am using a template and after reading what you guys are saying about not using font tags, I think that the option for me is to use inline CSS.

I have read that when you use CSS and mention a specific px for font size, it does not change when you zoom in and out from your browser.

I have to figure out what would be the equivalent for font size in CSS for size 2 and size 4 in html and also what I can write (I don't think that I can use px) so if I and visitors zoom in and out from a browser, the size of the text changes.

Can you please tell me how I might be able to do these things?

This would be using inline CSS.
