The last issue I have to resolve is that my website uses http cookies.

Is it because the site uses cookies or is it reliant on cookies to function properly? The two conditions are very different, and I can't think of a reasonable certification seal that would disallow cookies entirely. What seal is it? Does it have documentation? You'll probably find the answer in the documentation for the seal.
