I am so, so tempted to say "What you're missing is nine years of editorial commentary on Frontpage."

Oops.

Get brave. Open that sucker in a text editor and start trying to decipher it. HTML is intended to be user-friendly. Unlike most computer languages you could name, HTML is designed to respond to mistakes by ignoring them and carrying on. ("The boss didn't really just make a rude noise did he? No. Impossible. We'll just pretend it didn't happen.")

Or get yourself an up-to-the-minute WYSIWYG editor or find a nice CMS. Just don't let it take your Frontpage file and re-translate into its own language-- even if it says in big print "Sure, no sweat, I can do that". The results will not be pretty.

HTML is fun, though. Once you get used to making mud pies you'll never go back to packaged mixes again.
