Thanks, I wasn't aware of that validator. I changed from serving HTML5 to <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//WAPFORUM//DTD XHTML Mobile 1.2//EN" "http://www.openmobilealliance.org/tech/DTD/xhtml-mobile12.dtd"> and users are reporting that it's functioning better now. I guess this device doesn't play nice with HTML5.
