Ha - no, it's not browser dependent and we're not that old school. We've encountered it in Chrome, and Firefox. We don't really use IE and not sure what the developers were using when they encountered the problem either.

We think it's down to processes vying for resources - but how we actually find the cause.. hmmm, I don't know!
