<br /> is XHTML markup.
HTML would use <br>.
However, that's how web design was done in, err, 1997.
Their own website is an object lesson in how not to do the web. They link to "index.html". The code is full of errors. There are session IDS in the URLs. You're half way down the page code before you hit the content, and its in a PRE tag. The whole thing is a mess.
