Hey guys I'm new this this awesome forum and I just wanted to see if I can get some help. Me and a couple of friends decided to start a web design company that caiters to mom and pop and small business types. We are just in the planning stages right now and we need some help with a pricing model, we are trying to keep the costs low and affordable for the small businesses. Any tips and advice on this or any other topics that I might need to know to start a web design company will be greatly apreciated.
