---- The <base> element and how to use it effectively

But recently decided to specify the exact url of each page in the base ref:
<base href="http://www.example.com/page2.htm">
So every page has a different base ref url

This is the way I do it, when I am scared of getting my pages hijacked.. IMO its the correct way,
(Not the same as identifier URL) which I just use on the index page with the main URL.

Correct me somebody if I am wrong please!
