Does anyone know why Netscape (4.0+) seems to display frames differently than Explorer? Netscape always seems to put a one pixel border around some frames and cuts of two or three pixels from others. This makes it impossible to properly join a two part image in two deferent frames. Pages that look perfect in Explorer are a pixel or two off in Netscape. I've even noticed that how you have your tool bars configured can effect the number of pixels displayed in a frame.

I'm sure my layout is correct, this has to be a bug in Netscape. As an example see www.mapspromotionalproducts.com/product_catalog.html (please note this is a work in progress). Any feedback would be appreciated.
