A little bit jumpy if one scrolls slowly, but very nice if someone is using pagedown/pageup. I checked it on IE5 and NS4, works the same on each. Somehow, the action seems vaguely familiar. ;)

I think the "chatter" could be minimized by reducing the contrast of yellow on green. Also, try moving the "Need Help" graphic to top and bottom of the column and getting it off the floating menu, it's too distracting. My .02
