Fwiw today we had the stats back from a big UK council site, and after analysis we found that we don't support ~1.1% of the clients that hit their site. They comprised (from memory) IE5.0/win: 0.7% Clients we do support that seem to be no longer used were Netscape 7.0 and 7.1.
