So, what your saying is that,

would could stop potential cross-browser compatibility issues with IE5 and possibly others. This qualifies as seriously misinformed information?
|padding and margins on elements such as h1, p, ul, ol, li etc up to the user agent, so you're right there is built-in inconsistency in how elements are rendered. |
