If you are running it as the AdSense alternative ad, no need to turn off the contextual component. If you are wanting to run it at the same time as AdSense, you will need to turn off their contextual targeting and use their keyword targeting instead.

I am currently using it, but their terms also prohibit CTR and CPC specifics ;)
