It mostly depends on a merchant you work with.
If you find a good and reliable one, stick with him.
My negative experience with CJ (actually as with any other network) is that they have no publisher protection policy.
While advertisers enjoy devoted security team, publishers could be stealed (by the merchants) without any limits.
