Isn't there a significant capital danger when venturing into PPC, though? I tried doing a few different PPC campaigns on Overture some time ago, and wound up losing 100% of my investment without any conversions. Granted, it wasn't a significant investment and didn't break my bank, but over 500 clicks and no conversions.

I'm sure I didn't do the ad campaign correctly (not targeting it to proper keywords, etc), but it put me off from trying PPC again because I don't have that much money I can afford to lose. So I guess my question would be, what's your advice for people who don't have much of a bankroll to work with?
