It is impossible to say how long. There are so many unknown factors.

How much traffic do you get?
Is it targetted?
Are you using ppc?
Do you sell stuff or is the site designed for Adsense type ads?
What is the commission rate?

On and on and on.

So, as you can see, without knowing any of this it is impossible to say how long it would take you to earn $250 per day.
