For any pair of advertising / affiliate networks you will need to explicitly check the ToS of both sides to make sure. That won't stop them changing the rules later and pulling the rug from under you.

Last time I checked the Adsense ToS there was no problem, I hope that they haven't changed that as I have several pages with Adsense and an affiliate netword (not CJ) mixed.

One slightly pedantic point on terminology, Adwords is the service that Google offer to advertisers, Adsense is the service offered to publishers.
