I've been working with mortgage lead companies for over three years now and if you think it will all be automated and easy, then I am sorry, but I think you will be sorely mistaken if you are going to make this a high volume business. It is not the lead matching/lead delivery that takes the time once you have a system, it is the customer service with the brokers, getting paid, finding new ways to generate leads, finding new brokers, etc. If you really think it is easy, go check the current cost per click at overture for "mortgage leads".....people would not be paying those rates if it was a piece of cake to find good (paying) brokers.
