What if those keywords are from buyers that are very eager to buy? As an example I'd rather rule the serps for "buy widgets" than for "free widgets" that gets 100 times the traffic.
For example I'm not going to target a niche with 100 searches a month but would it be wise to target 10000 or 50000. (These numbers would include related terms too)
