On the downside to this, if you can't make money via adwords on the product where you are making 100% commission, not sure how an affiliate will make it on 60% commission. You might have to recruit sites about hawaii and offer them the chance to sell your ebook.
Welcome to WebmasterWorld. I'd say set up an affiliate program with clickbank or something similar and offer a generous commission. Of course this is applicable if your ebook sells for a decent amount and the aff can make some money.
