You can get the product catalogs free if you use the cj web services - I've had problems with the web service speed and reliability (including one major disaster where I found it pulling up totally unrelated items from a merchant with whom I had NO relationship?!), but I've worked around those issues by only using the web services to periodically collect the data and load it into my local database.
