It's not eBay that you need to worry about, it's your fellow rat affiliates.

Spider ebay auctions or use the API, cloak the pages, redirect traffic via an affiliate link to ebay

Lifespan of these types of sites are very short these days, with or without a redirect. Many of the fixed price antique mall types are on a quest to kill any eBay affiliates in the serps. Expect to be spam reported to hell and back.

The biggest problem is that eBay itself will jack your cookie on the person's next visit to eBay from the serps or type-ins.
