Will google eventually delist the sites since each of the domains has the same content? I will have over 1,000 of these domains.

Certainly you would be likely to trip a duplicate content filter. Usually when companies set up affiliate programmes, they invite other web publishers to become their affiliates, rather than attempting to be their own affiliate community.
