We just took over a site with two affiliate programs through two sites, CJ and Performics. CJ has way more affiliates but the traffic is garbage and the profits are minimal. Perfomics affiliates has a much better conversion and profit. Beyond that, I am not an expert.

But I have heard from merchant after merchant that CJ does not do as well and good luck in getting customer service.
