Maybe I missed this, but a quick search on WebmasterWorld didn't seem to turn anything up...
I saw this [searchenginewatch.com] on SearchEngineWatch

Ask Jeeves said last month that while the Teoma site would continue to operate on its own, the Direct Hit web site would be closed later this year.
