I've submitted 8 urls and have finally had them all included in Ask. (paid)

However, in a month I've yet to register 1 click.

I know they ask for a title and description when you submit a url, but are those the only words they use when someone does a search? Or do they spider the entire page you submitted and include keywords on them for inclusion?
