Basically this is just the resurrection of a brand name to scarf up cheap hits to the sponsored results. As you go deeper in the results the sponsored results increase and the delineation between the two fades.

Freeware.com and hundreds of clones like it are really Google’s game now. Any search just pulls up strictly Adword ads with no mention of Google. Apparently just a garbage front page qualifies you in Google Adsense Search.
What a scam.
