They all crawl and include dynamic url's in their index. Plus AskJeeves.com&Teoma share a crawler. From what I've seen, Google is the smartest in figuring which dynamic url's to include, but that's just an opinion. AskJeeves/Teoma is so "dynamic friendly" that it actually crawls and indexes some of it's own SERPs (link in a SERP is a link to a SERP). Except for Google, paying almost ensures inclusion. Otherwise, inclusion is less predictable (but still possible). In any event, I still think static-looking url's are best.
It's not clear if you're asking if it does a "good job" or if you just want to know if it does it.
