---- Suggestions for ASK/TEOMA

martinibuster - There is a very obscure term that I have virtually owned across every major SE for several years. 3+ months ago the pages related to this term were moved to a new domain. Proper 301's were put in place. The old pages no longer exist.

Fair or not, I use these as a guage of the relative freshness of the SERPS. TEOMA still lists the non-existent pages as #1 - #4

ATW is the only other SE that has failed to pick up the new pages while continuing to list the old.

Even MSN is showing the new pages (probably due to Ink) although it still lists the old from a zeal listing.

So, either TEOMA has an interesting way of dealing with 301's, or there are some pretty stale results. I suppose I could 404 those pages as an experiment, but they bring me a fair amount of traffic (although seasonal).

This is not to say that TEOMA has not picked up pages off of the new domain. It has - about 25-30% of them.
